As an account executive at Juris Medicus (JM), William Faz positions clients for success and “Operates as One” within his department and across the company. William recently transitioned from the case management team to the sales team and works with every department to find the most credible and well-vetted medical expert for a client’s case. Q: How long have you been at JM?
A: I have been at JM a little over a year and it has flown by!
Q: What do you like most about your specific department and/or role?
A: Being able to believe in my product with genuine conviction as an account executive is a unique and advantageous experience. My time as a case manager gave me a thorough understanding of the JM process and the extra mile we will happily go for our clients. That makes for an excellent sales pitch!
Q: What accomplishments at JM are you most proud of?
A: I am very proud of the work I did in the case management department over the past year or so and that I was given the opportunity to become an account executive. Professional growth is very important to me, and as exciting things continue to happen at JM, I believe there will be a wealth of career opportunities.
Q: What do you think sets JM apart from competitors or other companies?
A: First and foremost, our panel of experts is first-rate and meticulously vetted. You would be hard-pressed to find a higher caliber of medical professionals readily available for your cases. Additionally, it’s the teamwork and dedication of each department as we work to serve our clients quickly and effectively. It was clear to me from early on at JM that there are many smart and tenacious people working here, and our focus is client-driven.
Q: If you were a client, what would you find most valuable about the process at JM?
A: I would say that the ease of mind given to me, not only from the facilitation of the expert sourcing process, but also from the knowledge that should I ever need something, someone will be there for me with a solution. We all know how volatile the legal field can be and, if I were a client, I would take solace knowing I can always reach out to JM, whether it be during regular work hours, after hours, or even the weekends.
