In the last few months, Juris Medicus has experienced Motions to Strike against our experts where we were not notified timely. In order to protect the reputation of our experts, we need to be notified immediately if a Motion to Strike is filed against a Juris Medicus expert.  If we are not made aware, we miss the opportunity to defend these Motions and do not want to see our experts struck.
